About

The person behind the paper.

Paper Pusher is a small product with a name on it, not a logo wall. Here's whose.

Who builds Paper Pusher?

Brandon Livingstone, founder of Central Florida Software — an independent software company in Central Florida that builds tools for small service businesses. Paper Pusher sits alongside its other products, TakingClients and AuthorityAlerts. One builder, reachable at hello@paperpusher.app — when you email, a person answers.

Why does Paper Pusher exist?

It started in a family-run crane & hoist shop in Tennessee — my dad's. His customers kept calling for certs he'd already sent and invoices they meant to pay, and what he wanted was simple: give them a login of their own, under his shop's name.

I build software for a living, so I built the portal he asked for — white-labeled, so his customers see his brand on the door, not mine. Then it became obvious that every independent shop fights the same afternoon of paperwork, while the global OEMs hand their customers polished portals and quietly lock the account down for life. Independent shops deserve the same weapon. That's the product.

Where is Paper Pusher based?

Central Florida, USA. The product runs on AWS, hosted in the United States, and your data is encrypted and exportable at any time — the pricing page spells out what it costs (and the long list of things it never costs).
